Profile Description

I have been working as a Customer Service Specialist for about 6 years. I am adept in assisting customers through the phone, chat or email. I have excellent customer service skills. On my last job, I was a telephone banker IV for a US based bank. I was part of the Escalation team who handles escalated calls for complex customer issues. I was also trained as a Product Resolution Specialist who takes sales calls. We offer product and services of the bank that would help customers manage their accounts well and have easier access to banks' services.
I also have experience with online teaching. I have been an online English teacher for Koreans. I was able to work as an online English teacher for a year. I handled teaching from children to adults. I also had students that are teachers and soldiers.
I am currently unemployed and just recently decided to quit my job since I need to focus on my kids. I have been working away from them and the kids are growing fast that I believe they need my care and guidance.
Given the opportunity, I definitely could give all my time and efforts in doing my job. Since I am now a plain housewife, I could definitely do my job efficiently and more effectively.
