Profile Description

I have been in the field of Accounting, Administrative and Employees benefits for the last 14 years. Majority of companies I have worked with are start-up BPO Companies and a World brand Leader in mobile Games production. The BPO Companies were primarily catering its in-house customer service, Web Application production, designs and TV Chat services. I was involved in the payroll preparation and all its accounting works and I helped in the company's cost reduction on operating expenses.
With the Gaming Company, I was a founding Board Member, Treasurer, Administration Manager and Accountant. I helped the company grow it’s manpower from an initial member of 17 to 100 after a year and 350 after 2 years. Employees consist of highly technical professionals like C++/PHP Programmers, 2D/ 3D Artists , Quality Assurance Personnel and Video production personnel. I was also in charge of giving and implementing rules on company's cost efficiency and cost reduction on company's operating and all other expense/s.
Currently, together with my wife, We are managing a family business. A Chinese Noodle House in Tuguegarao City.
