I am also active on social medias and has a reliable internet connection so communication is of no hindrance to me. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at the University of Southeastern Philippines last April 2014..

Working on one of the largest department to one of the largest Water Districts in the Philippines, with a current position of Department Secretary, I have equipped myself with a set of skills that is necessary and of great benefit to the department and to the company. My main responsibility is to assist the Department Manager administratively and personally. Assist during meetings, remind meeting schedules, organize memorandums and other paper works, answer telephone concerns inside and outside calls, checking and monitoring of budget of the department and a lot more. Being a department secretary composing of more or less 180 employees is no easy job. It is my duty to ensure complete number of submission of any document requirement of the office. It is my duty to disseminate information within the department so if there is an office memo that will not be disseminated will affect the entire department.
