I have been in the call center for almost a 3 years now, I have dealt with different accounts, I have handled billing, technical and financial accounts. I also have experienced in sales. I would say that being in the outsourcing company has helped me become more equipped and knowledgeable in almost every type of job.
During my free time I spend at least 5 hours browsing the internet, checking the various social networking sites that I have signed in. Sometimes I also try writing blogs about life, nature and events.
