I'm a technical support specialists that specializes on hardware and software troubleshooting and have extensive knowledge on laptop and desktop computers, i used to work for Toshiba, Dell as well as Wells Fargo Bank, i can determine what is causing a specific operation problem of any laptop or desktop computers whether it is caused by a specific program installed on the computer or a failing hardware component, i also have extensive knowledge on the windows operating system including the registry editor, ms office, any software installation repair and removal, and windows navigation and operation, also have extensive knowledge on computer hardware components including all parts installed on a motherboard such as the processor, RAM, power supply, front panel assembly, internal drives (hard drive, optical disc drives etc.) and everything else on a laptop and/or desktop computers, I also have an excellent english communication skill with a very professional attitude and is ready to work asap.
