I've been in a call center industry for nearly 4 years now and i could say that i'm good in dealing with people, i was once work for an american telecomm company as a customer care specialist for 1 year and 6 months, and currently i'm working for an australian bank as a customer care officer for telesales dept, im doing inbound calls most of the time but if needed i also do outbound calls..prior to me working in a BPO industry i used to work as a sales representative selling corporate giveawayys. and i also had an experienced as a marketing assitant.
