day
office operation.
Part

my
job
is to
see
to it that
manpower
are
all
functional
in their assigned tasks.
I do
prepare
their
daily
attendance
sheet,
printed
the staff daily
time
record,
prepare their
payroll every payday
cut-off.
Part
of
my job
also
being
the
Admin
Head of
the Housing
and
Urban
Renewal Authority, Inc.
is
to
look
into
the
inventory
of I.T
equipment
and
movable
assets of
the
company.
I act
also
as
the
supply
officer
and
responsible
for the
disbursement.
I handle
the
pettycash
fund,
and
I
am
also
the
one
who prepare
the liquidation report for
its
weekly
reimbursement.
Many other errands and
task were
also
assigned
to me
by the
President
and
General
Manager of the
company
,
and
I
think
they
have
that trust on
me, with
confidence
that
I
can do
the
jod.
I have been holding
this
position
since
year
2010.
Truly
experiences
in dealing with
people
and
handling
corporate
tasks
is
really
tough
job.
But
I
believe nothing
is
impossible
everything
can
be
done.
