My main job was to make sure that all guests are assisted properly from check-in, during their stay, and till check out. I also help with the listings, making sure that all units are listed and active on all platforms. Creating Airbnb accounts, publishing listings, updating photos and languages, responding to support messages, coordinating with housekeepers and handyman, making sure the checkout list is accurate as well as the check in list, orderings, handling disputes, filing claims etc.
