Hello. My name is Lois. I started working in the BPO industry in 2009. First, I was a customer service representative at ICT Marketing services. I handled a telecom account in which I assisted customers regarding their prepaid account like billing, inquiries and phone troubleshooting. My second employment was also in the BPO industry and I was a technical support representative for an accounting software. We do first and second level troubleshooting, up selling of new software, billing, installation and troubleshooting. My last employment was in Aegis Services. I was an I.T. Helpdesk. As you can see, I did a lot of customer interaction and handling customers over the phone is my expertise. Over the years, I developed my communication skills and got better in it. I'm highly trainable at any task that is given to me and can efficiently work with minimum supervision.
