I have worked as a Marketing Assistant for a bank here in the Philippines for over 2 years and have decided to put up my own business. I believe my training in the bank made me a more detail oriented and I am able to work in an atmosphere where there is less supervision. My experience as a Marketing Assistant helped me developed my writing as I am the one preparing written proposals for loan applications to be approved and it also trained and helped me in practicing correct time management. Working for banks helped to become more careful with the work that I do because you just cannot make any mistakes when you work for a bank let alone in the commercial loans department. It has made me work well under pressure and submit work before the said deadline.
I have also done a few video transcribing for a local employer before but have not really made it working full-time for her due to lack of time because of my 8-5 work shift.
I am knowledgeable in MS Word and MS Excel.
