I presently manage the financial and operational flow of an outsourcing company that deploys call center agents to a BPO company in Clark, Pampanga, Philippines. I handle the financial analysis, audit, and coordinating with the different managers like HR and operations, and external auditors and tax consultants. I am also the Operations Manager of the affiliate company, Tawag Philippines, where I manage the customer service team, handle the back-end tools, compose the contents of the Company's correspondence and marketing materials, including press releases. I work passionately. I am very keen at details. I'm the company expert and initiator at google drive documents, especially formulas at spreadsheets.
