Profile Description

I am a Virtual Assistant of a real estate broker for a year. As a VA, the field of my concentration are Marketing and Administrative tasks. Being newbie to the real estate was difficult for me at first but I strived hard to learn the things it plays with.
Basically I monitor portals. I do accept newly assigned properties in different bank sites. Pulling of documents or research the necessary information for a property is one of my assignments. Creating Initial MLS is also part of my job and put it to different marketing sites. When Initial MLS is up, there is also price reduction and extension. Photo editing and date stamping are some of my experiences as a VA. The portals|bank sites I use are QuickBase, HomeSteps Connect ( HSC), Equator, Res.net, Realtors Association of Indian River (RAIC), FlexMLS, Centralized Showings Service (CSS) and Zillow.
I have also knowledge and had been trained with BPO.
The necessary traits a Virtual Assistant needs are efficiency, attention to details, inquisitive, flexibility which I believe is within me. I am writing to explore the possibility of helping you build your business.
