Three years in the BPO industry gave me a strong foundation in providing impeccable customer service and this became my area of specialization. As of the moment, I'm a full-time housewife and work as an Online Chat Executive/ Customer Service Support for an events promotion company in the United Kingdom. Equipped with administrative job skills in MS Office, MS Word and MS Excel, Google Drive, Google Sheets and Google Docs. For 6 months, I served as a Virtual Assistant for an e-commerce company which sells organic food items in Australia. Admin tasks, Wordpress management, e-mail management and product research were the tasks I was focused on during the job. As a person, I'm trustworthy, as I've worked mostly for bank institutions where integrity, responsibility and honesty are crucial attitudes that needs to possessed. I'm a person with a positive view at all times, always bearing in mind that your attitude reflects in your work, so it's important to always stay focused and positive.
I believe my forte is rendering great customer service and I know that I can definitely apply that skill in my future jobs. Providing great customer service is essential to keeping your customers and gaining more customers in the future.
