I have over 8 years experience in the call center industry. Trained for various line of support, from customer service, tech support, inbound/outbound sales, back office support, Leadership and support roles. The last 3 years was being IT team lead role where I manage, configure, and maintain asterisk, IPPBX, and file servers. Also includes firewall and ISP concerns.
Right now, I do oncall IT consultancy for small to mid-size call center. I also run a small business at home, providing purified water distribution within the community.
As for medical background, in 2008 after 3 years in call center in Cebu, I decided to go for another opportunity back home - in Davao. I was able to get a job in Chroma Medic, a medical distribution firm for specialty medicines. I was hired in Cebu city and assigned to be deployed for Mindanao area. My job with chroma medic was more of combined booking, inventory and dealing with doctors specializing in nephrology.
