I worked in a call center for more than 3 years and I enjoyed it very much. First company I worked with was a prepaid debit card company. I was on Tier 1 department for 4 months from the time I was hired and got to tier 2 department which is the escalations department later on when my previous account manager told me that my skills are very good enough. I dealt with cardholders who have to file for disputes of some unauthorized transactions from merchants and unauthorized persons who used their cards and some other bank account related inquiry. The next company I worked with hired me as a fashion consultant and dealt with retention calls (convincing members to keep the VIP membership), order status inquiry and placing orders for non- VIP and VIP members. I also became a telemarketer for 5 months and it went well. However, the company had to stop their operations due to some acceptable reasons. I know photoshop which I
practiced it with some photo editing and other work related to photoshop.
Those jobs helped me a lot to improve my communication skills, typing skills, multi- tasking skills. But I'm still doing my best to learn another skills to satisfy my hunger for success, self improvement and to my help my future employer.
