I've worked as a copyeditor for a US-based market research company for a total of seven years. I was initially with the company for six years before working as a CSR from home. I went back to copyediting after that, adding another year to my experience. I am a fast learner and have great attention to detail. I have more than 3 years experience as a Virtual Assistant (Admin and Customer Service). I currently lead a small team of 7 VAs. I plan the daily assignments, delegate the tasks, do QA checking, handle escalations, and directly communicate with other team leads, the country manager, the Customer Service Director. I've handled emails, live chats, Facebook and ---------- ---------- ssages, and reply to Facebook ads comments and reviews. I've handled Amazon messages, reviews, order and return management, account health check, claims and chargebacks. I do all sorts of ad hoc tasks from order creation, to CRM management, to data entry and extraction. I've also handled positive and negative reviews on Trustpilot. I'm excellent at researching, editing, and proofreading. I handle payment refunds and disputes in PayPal, ---------- , and Stripe. I can process and send e-checks using Deluxe Payment Exchange. I do inventory checks. I create purchase orders using Xero and track shipments.
