I've been in the contact center industry for 10 years and had experience handling different programs - telecommunications and automotive. I am currently an Operations Manager handling a technical support program for an Australia based telecommunications company. I have 7 supervisors under my wing each with 15-20 agents. Prior to the aforementioned job, I was also an Operations Manager handling a customer service line of business also with 7 supervisors wit 15-20 agents. I am highly analytical and can come up with effective solutions and strategies to optimize team performance and provide valuable business recommendations to the client. I have great people management skills that enables me to motivate and drive my team to perform. I am also skilled at using MS applications such as word, excel, powerpoint and outlook.
