Hello. My name is Angela Marie. Im a graduate of Bachelor Science in Nursing last 2011.
I first worked on a hospital but that was just for 3months. And I decided to work at a callcenter
and luckily i got hired. I worked at the company for 18months as technical and customer service representative
I worked for October 29 of 2012 until June 16 2014.I was also trained to to take outbound calls or follow up calls
with our customers. I handled different kind of customers. I handled irate, Kind and friendly customer.
I stopped working since I'm much needed at home and since I have my ouwn laptop/ computer I decided to apply
on an online job.
. I know I have the ability to work and handle clients
and how to manage their expectations.On the soan of time I worked
on
company I was able to learn how to
handle clients depending on their mood and answer questions that needs to answered.
