?Absolute and accurate knowledge drafting procedures and general conventions
?Total command over mathematical formulation and their application, including algebra, geometry, calculus and arithmetic
?Good designing aptitude and drafting applications with solid imaginative strength
?Proficient in handling MS Office and able to use CAD / AUTOCAD, CATIA V5, SOLIDWORKS, Inventor, etc.
?Basic knowledge in 3D Revit MEP Architecture and 3D Revit MEP
?Knowledgeable in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
?Powerful communication with expertise in conveying the exact nature and implementation of a design.
?Proficient in project management.
?Maintains accurate status reports on all projects assigned.
?Excellent English comprehension and ability to elaborate a design in written language
?Team Player, Driver for Results, Innovative and Creative, Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Positive Attitude, Self motivated, Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
