Profile Description

In summer 2011, I worked as an In-campus immersionist in Department of Chemistry and Life Sciences office which is located in my school. I entertained enrollees, I proctored exams, answered phone calls, and I facilitated documents of the staff and the coordinator like itinerary and travel order. In summer 2012, I worked as an Off-campus immersionist in Premier Insurance & Surety Corporation office. I rechecked the total premium, I type write an agreement between the insuree and insurer, and I recorded and filed official receipt. In summer 2013, I worked as an student assistant in Medical Clinic of my school. I entertained clients, I encoded documents, I filed documents and I guided the freshmen students in answering medical form by explaining how to answer it and answering queries. In November 2013 to February 2014, I worked as an On-the-job trainee in Department of Agrarian Reform Regional Office No. 10. I was assigned in Administrative office and Finance. My work there were the following: I registered incoming and outgoing communication in Log Book, I prepared disbursement vouchers, I prepared Obligations Slips, I prepared Travel Documents (TO and IT), I prepared Purchase request, I facilitated Request for Inspection, I facilitated Documents/Transportation Ticket, I prepared Endorsements (Lanao del Norte, Bukidnon and Misamis Occidental, I prepared memrandum (All Provincial Agrarian Reform Officers II), I received, routed and checked documents, I sorted/filed documents and answered phone calls.
