Hello. My name is Vanessa and I am a Registered Nurse both in the Philippines and in the State of New Jersey. I am currently looking for a part-time job as I am taking up a few post-graduate classes. I am fluent in English and have lived and worked in New Jersey for 2 years as a secretary and nurse's aid in a doctor's office, a patient care associate in a hospital and then eventually as a registered nurse in the same hospital. I work well under pressure.
I love reading and enjoy writing. I was editor-in-chief of our school newspaper in high school. I am well acquainted with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Mac Pages, Prezi, Adobe Lightroom and my average typing speed is 60wpm. I believe I am a hard worker and a fast learner. I am self-sufficient but at the same time, I am a team player. I perceive myself as having amicable social skills. I am dependable and responsible but also aware of my limitations and will ask for help when needed. I am committed and compassionate. I believe in doing things with all your heart or not at all.
