Profile Description

3 years ago, I tried to enter the world of BPO. Informaxx hired me as a Call Center Agent. I handled different accounts, such as Merchant Services, Concierge, TeleCom, Debt Network and also Time Share. It was my first time in this kind of business, but I was able to cope everything with the help of course of my Team Leaders. I have learned how to do Data Entry, Appointment Setting, and how to deliver an opening spiel. Thank God, I wasn't left behind by those agents who were so skilled in this kind of industry. I wasn't expecting that after Informaxx, I'd be able to work home based. And to think that it was more convenient because I worked at home and earned much more than my previous jobs, I was also able to manage my time. Now I'm willing to learn and try something new. I want to try Article Writing. I was one of the writers way back in our school paper, I wrote poems, and some article discussing the rights of the students. I know this is kinda new for me, but I am willing to be trained and willing to listen
and accept suggestions and recommendations just to improve my writing skill.
