Profile Description

I used to be gainfully employed as administrative clerk by one of the major companies here in the country for 11 long years. My job was not limited to the administrative functions, it was also expanded to time keeping and some other HR functions. Likewise, during recession when employees were forced to multi-task in order for the company to survive, I handled warehousing of stocks of poultry feeds, med/vaccines & packaging materials , making sure that the needed volume for the next two weeks were thorough forecasted to minimize internal losses, like expiration of stocks due to neglect and overstocking. I worked under pressure all the time as the job required me to be. When the said company closed their branch in my area, I decided to just quit and venture into something else. Presently I am doing a secretarial job, wherein presence of mind and dedication
are an essential qualities to be reliable and trustworthy.
