Expert in conducting Histamine analysis using ELISA method.
Expert in QA/QC works for food processing.
Expert in establishing and implementing HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SSOP (Sanitary Standard Operating Procedure), and all prerequisite programs for Food Safety and Quality Management System for food processing plant.
