Profile Description

I'm currently working as General Accountant in a hotel ( Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino ), basically handling the books, preparation of Financial Statements, Bank reconciliation, analyse and records monthly entries for revenue and expenses. Monitor and ensure proper recording of Accounts Receivable. responsible for Payroll Processing. Prior to that, I became Cost Analyst and Accounts Payable Supervisor. As a Cost Analyst, I provide the monitoring and computing for the correct and accurate cost of the product. Gather, validate daily transaction documents of requisitions, issuances and transfers of inventory of raw items and processed foods. As Accounts Payable Supervisor, I'm responsible for the daily cash flow, ensure that cash and check collection are deposited properly and promptly. prepare checks for suppliers, contractors and employees. record, process and obtain valid and complete documents for payments disbursed. Previously, I worked in Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines, Inc. as Plant Document Processor/ Accounts Payable Auditor which handles processing of all payables like supplier, employee reimbursements. Validate and process invoices. Prepare journal vouchers and review expenses booked in SAP and prepare monthly accruals. Conduct Monthly National Inventory Count.
