I have worked as a customer service associate for an insurance company for 3 years handling concerns about death claims. Being in this line of business requires someone to be patient and understanding since clients call to report the passing of their loved ones. I am also comfortable in handling customer care since that's the field I feel I am best at. I may be new in this kind of business but I think I can do best. It really doesn't matter what it is because I am confident that I can do good since I can learn fast and I only need less or no supervision at all.
