I have been in BPO industry since 2008 and the skills gained in those 5 years are enough for me to say that I'am fit for a job that requires Computer literacy, Communicating in English proficiently spoken and written,time management and multitasking. One thing I need to share with you is about the thing that separates Filipino worker from other race is that, we have an extra ordinary amount of PATIENCE when it comes to learning and working with other people.
These traits opens the door for us in the industry I'am with right now wherein we are the 2nd largest BPO industry in the world next to INDIA and still growing.
With the experience and skills I acquired in 5 years, I'am confident that I'am well suited for the job that you just posted.
