Profile Description

When I was still a Consultant, what we do is contact respondents among different countries such as in the US, Canada, Middle East Countries, Europe, and Asia. We also build up database for contact list via gdocs and also in excel for back-up. There are a lot of times when we use of SEO engines for research and contact list research. And submit results of completed surveys from respondents at the end of every shift. I also do data entry jobs for clients, an example of this is building up a database of solicitors across UK. Another skill that I have developed is the ability to do file management – compilation of all files according to type of the project. The constant need for live updates of current task which are being completed is a must. And since the company is a research oriented – one of the task is about being responsible on knowing what the project or survey is all about. I am also knowledgeable on using gdocs, outlook, microsoft office applications, and also has a good experience on the BPO industry.
