? Tasked to manage the branch and supervise the performance of the team on a given task provided by the company to achieve its goal.
? Checking and follows up staff on the progress of sales and training. Conducts weekly and monthly meetings to ensure the quality and progress of branch sales and update issues that matters personnel, training, etc.
? Served as comptroller in the branch that the given target sales and expenses under the Marketing Plan should meet the actual performance to gain better profit.
? Assist in preparation and costing of branch related events such as Practicums, Recitals, Special Events , Concerts and other Income-Generated Sales/Events.
? Multi-tasked oriented in terms of work (Coaching, Administrative and Events / Production)
