Back when I was working in a call center, I used to work in a US account, then in an Australian account – Telstra. And I can say I am certified in my area. I had dealt with a lot of customers – from angry customers, hard to pacify customers, to the nicest ones. From all walks of life as well. And I can say that I have done my job pretty well having worked with them for nearly 5 years. I am bringing with me the best practices from my previous work along with their satisfaction with my work.
I have the ability to adapt. Each time I change company or change project with the same clients - there is a tremendous amount of research/ learning involved to bring myself up to speed.
Like with my previous home base job. We have different clients and different projects so our approach to a certain project would be different from the last that we had worked on.
“They are definitely a valuable part of your business for all kinds of reasons.”
