For almost three years now, I've been with the Business Processing Outsourcing industry. I've been a customer Service Representative for 2 years and almost 1 year for being a Technical Support Representative. I know how handle irate customers and I can also say that I already know how to adapt to their culture. I do my job with excellence but with a certain time because that is how we are trained. I value my job so much as well as my time.
I answered phone calls with the proper tone of my voice and assure that I will do everything to fix the customers reason of calling in.
After a long time, I finally decided to look for a job online that is pretty much related to my skill which is assisting customers who speaks in the English language for the reason that I am already a mother of two, I know how conducive this job will be for me because of my status right now. I am looking forward to work with your growing team.
