1. I worked for a Mortgage Account in US (Nationstar Mortgage) in a BPO company in the Philippines (Tata Consultancy Services.) I was a Customer Service Representataive and an Escrow Trained Mortgage Specialist which deals with Taxes and Insurance in the mortgage property. I was promoted as an SRE (Service Recovery Expert) which deals with customers complaint and escalation, supervisory calls.
2. I worked as an Escalation Lead in one of the BPO company (CSS Corp) for the account Singapore Post. The account deals with 3 split (1. Postal Services 2. Online Shopping 3. Courier Services). And I am proud to say that I am certified with all the splits. I was promoted to handle split 3- Courier services. I am the one who handled escalated calls (customers asking for manager). I am also dealing with clients to resolve customers issues. I communicate with them(customer and client) via email and phone calls. I'm the one who make sure that we will able to satisty customer despite of the circumstances.
