Profile Description
Manage the training for Sales Advisors, sales training budget and sales training calendar. I develop sales tools and materials.
I am also responsible for developing and delivering sales training programmes with visual presentation, a facilitator's guide and participant workbook based on training strategies for the Sales Team.
Also provide training on ethical standards, creating awareness on all compliance issues relevant to legislation laws, statutory regulations and Codes of Ethics.
Produce end of year examination papers.
