I have 4 years call center experience including handling teams before. While a bigger part of my experience is handling calls, I am also well versed with the process of sending reports to clients, as it is also a major part of my responsibilities as well.
My responsibilities include making sure that my team meets the goal, part of which is to update them with the Key Performance Indicator/s (KPI/s), make sure they are at par and update clients regarding daily progress and reports about the account. I worked closely with other Supervisors, Quality Analyst and Operations Manager for us to be able to provide better reports and enhancements as each day passes by. In addition I assist each agent in achieving their goals and guide them in order to achieve an outstanding performance for the company.
I am currently working as a Virtual assistant in Real Estate for more than a year now. I was trained to handle clients virtually and to make contact with their leads through phone or email within 5 minutes after they have registered on our site. I am responsible in setting up appointments for my client and update their calendar with appointment times. I also monitor our database daily to do follow up on leads if we do not get a response through email or call.
Experience has taught me how to build strong relationships with all departments in an organization. I have the ability to work within a team and across teams. I worked with Operations Department to resolve operation issues and implement enhancements. I also work with the Development Department to implement design, functional enhancements and monitor site statistics.
