On my BPO experince, I am skilled in on customer care, sales, billing, and retention.
I have worked as a back-office support for Lexmark International for Nothern-America Sales Team. And as their support here are my responsibilities;
-I answer Pre and After Purchase question/s about our products and services.
-First line data/information provider for Territory Sales Manager's (TSM) and I am supporting 5 TSM's.
-First line back-up if TSM's are unavailable, interact with their resellers and/or customers for their business needs
-Provide supplies Sales Report to all my TSM's Resellers (74 resellers) on a Monthly and Quarterly basis
-Input sales opportunities on the provided tool for sspecial pricing consideration
Furthermore, I also was given an internal responsibility as a Sales Coach where I would check on a weekly basis the holistic performance of my colleague.
