Payroll Coordination
• Serves as point-of-contact for payroll concerns (i.e. disputes and adjustments)
• Works and coordinates with the payroll provider during scheduled pay outs
• Ensures proper dissemination of payroll information to employees on a regular basis
Benefits and Compensation
• Makes arrangements for documenting and facilitating employee benefits
• Coordinates with
the various government agencies for any employee benefits concerns
• Facilitates government applications and provides necessary documents to employees
HRMS Database Administration
• Maintain the records of the all the employees through PeopleSoft
• Maintains and updates the leaves and attendance records of all employees
• Updates the employee records regularly
• Facilitates changes to the employee records if needed
Labor / Employee Relations
• Implement disciplinary rules in the company
• Conducts regular training sessions to employees on labor relations
• Issues corrective actions and citation action records
• Conducts admin hearings with concerned employees if needed
• Conducts regular employee consultations
HR Policies and Procedures
• Conducts regular policy roll outs and discussions to old and new employees
Performance Management
• Manages employee confirmations, promotions, and appraisals
• Prepares necessary documentation for salary and other ad hoc adjustments
Training and On-boarding
• Conducts regular new hire orientations
• Collects, updates and files employees’ pre-employment requirements
• Generates ID for new hires
Clearance and Exit Interviews
• Facilitates clearance processing and conducts exit interviews
