have acquired my skills in customer service
through my experience as a Hotelier. I have acquainted with a lot of people and have grown more mature in dealing with them through in person or through the phone or by communicating to them virtually . I'd like to consider myself as hardworking as I have been working even before I graduated from College. I can work more than the required hours for me to work as long as I am needed for the job.
I have good knowledge of the virtual world aspect though not that professionally but I am a fast learner and I am dedicated and willing to be trained. I can work under a limited supervision and can be trusted with any confidentiality about the company that I belong.
I am not a hundred percent technology savy but with the help of training and familiarization with my future company I am confident that in no time I can just be as good like the others. My greatest asset is my personality towards dealing with people, I can communicate well in English both in oral and writing.
