Putting customer on the center and making sure to make them satisfied and happy w/ the service or product that they received from us.
Make the goal of providing excellent customer service a company-wide commitment. Put a customer-service policy in writing, and post it in a prominent place. Translate customer-service objectives into specific actions for employees to follow, such as: deliver prompt service, offer a polite demeanor, and make product information readily available. Create customer service benchmarks for employees to meet, we have targets since we are offering services like ;land line,mobile,and internet connection, we need to make sure that we are providing products /service that would suits our customer's need.
I believe that my skills, qualifications and experience are tailored for the position therefore I think I can utilize my abilities to the maximum.This job is a good fit for what I've been interested in throughout my career.I want be a part of this business as it grows.
