With a bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering: proficient in hardware and software servicing of any brands and kinds of laptops or desktops, knowledgeable in configurations and troubleshooting of laptop and desktop software and hardware issues, knowledgeable in computer network configurations such as TCP/IP addressing, IP configurations and sub netting, installation and configuration of router, switches, cabling procedures, have the knowledge in windows server installation and adding server roles such as active directory, DNS, Hyper-V, and file services, maintaining users and groups in active directory, working knowledge on windows server network troubleshooting.
