Profile Description

My name is Leila Reynaldo and I am an experienced writer, an online teacher and a seasoned customer service specialist.
I worked in the BPO industry for over 5 years and handled various clients from US and UK. I started with a satellite provider company based in the US and I belonged to an inbound team which was responsible of receiving inquiry calls and providing technical solutions, setting up appointments, and payment processing. I also worked as a sales agent for a mobile phone company based in UK where I had to upsell and reach a quota for an additional commission. Recently, I worked as a back-office agent handling email inquiries and collections. In this job, I needed to respond to 25-30 emails per day with resolutions on issues raised.
I worked online as an English tutor to Japanese professionals and as a customer service rep for a music school in the US.
