I have worked as a Customer Care Specialist at Sophi Inc. and VKPO for more than three years. During that time, I’ve developed the ability to deal with disgruntled customers politely. I am accustomed to working on multiple projects simultaneously and can offer new ideas to help your company grow and surpass all goals and objectives.
Duties at my previous company included making 60 calls a day to medical practitioners for their response to the USA's mandatory health review. My experience at Sophi Inc. has helped me improve my excel skills, hone my organizational skills, and have provided me with extensive knowledge of how to deal with returns and logistics concerns. Working there, I was able to resolve issues at a 90% rate and memorize an entire line of company products & services – including prices and special discounts.
