my duty is to receive incoming call/s from different phone company client/s asking for phone number/s either business or residential and assuring them of the correct information they need.
if there is a need for us to extend our service, we can also assist them by connecting them to their local service provider or customer service for further assistance or if an emergency case, we make sure to connect them to the correct department they need such as ambulance, police, fire, etc.
