Profile Description

I am knowledgeable in running our family businesses from client relations to administrative tasks such as processing employee benefits.
As Marketing and Operations Manager, I am tasked to create and implement marketing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and sales of our Pagcor E-Games Station. It is also my job to ensure that the staff are working properly to ensure good and lasting relations with clients.
I handle the complaints of both customers and employees should intervention be needed.
I also coordinate with the different stakeholders, some suppliers and technical entities to make sure that the business is running smoothly.
Pagcor E-Games is a legal gambling cafe and there are times that I also deal with law enforcers to ensure the safety of our players from each other.
The business is a franchise being managed by my family.
Before our station began in 2008, I was also assisting my father in managing our Glass Windows and Doors servicing company.
I coordinated with suppliers, contractors and clients daily to ensure business growth.
I also used to write articles and submitted them to various magazines for additional income. I taught English (Creative Writing) for a semester to nursing students and also took the job of marketing and advertising manager for a local record company in between managing my father's business.
