Profile Description

With more than a decade of experience in various industries, I have earned many skills to be able to venture out in the world of online service like Virtual Assistant or Content Writer or a Data Encoder.
I have been an administrative secretary for an Executive Chef in a hotel, where I have develop my skills in clerical work.
I have work for two banks thereafter, for 6 years, where I learned cash handling skills, customer service, basic financial analysis and marketing.
Here too, I started to learn inter-personal skills within my work place, internal and external customers.
After my banking employment, I was hired by a local radio station, Mom's Radio, as a radio broadcast talent.
My assignment was anchoring with another talent, a morning chat show called Mom's Morning Chat.
I also did research for the different segments of the show and did some marketing for organizational tie-ups and getting resource persons for the different chat (radio) programs.
My longest employment so far was being part of Counter Operations, in one of the major retail store in the country.
I manage half of the total counter operations, where I had maximum 38 direct reports in any given time with 2 supervisors.
I managed departmental supplies stocks inventory, administration of our direct reports, trouble shooting erroneous transactions or customer complaints at the counters, sales document collections, training of newly hired personnel and implementation of counter procedures.
Our department was also assigned to collects daily sales from the store's mall selling areas of different selling departments and consolidate into one sales report that can be required at any given time.
I was also assigned to implement display direction and lay-out set-up in extra selling areas, handling the branch's savings and loans association and Team Lead of the branch's Employees' Store Activity Committee for year 2016.
I am trained to use word processor (Microsoft Word) programs and spreadsheets (Excel and Open Office) as required with almost all of my previous and current work assignments and employments.
Last 2015, I was given an opportunity to write and published articles for a local newspaper, Sunstar Bacolod and a blog site, Upgrade to see actual info
Currently I have been contributing articles for a travel magazine, Byahe Na!, published for Jam Liner, Fastcat ferry and Philtranco.
I am currently employed with Manulife Philippines.
