I consider Quality Assurance and Customer Satisfaction as my core competencies, and my goal is ultimately to deliver the highest level of service quality to my clients, all the time.
• Great communications skills and customer oriented - Due to my previous career as an event organizer, I am used to speaking in public and make sure that I deliver the best experience possible to our customers. I hosted numerous events for the past 7 years and I believe this positive experience made me versatile in whatever environment I am placed in.
• Interpersonal Skills - Friendly, approachable and always interacting. Loves to teach rather than tell.
• Determined and more than willing to work as a team mate – In all honesty, I can assure that my determination is stronger than any qualification. Whatever task is assigned to me, I always make sure to finish it with the best quality possible and finish it before or on time. I seek success not just for myself, but also for the benefit of the team.
• Adaptive and understanding – I believe that real success comes from those who strive and adapt. I have learned this trait over the years and I can assure you that I will continue to grow along with the company. On the other hand, I also understand failure and always accept it when it comes. I refuse wasting time getting disappointed at it and instead, think on what should have been done. With a BS degree in Information Technology combined with all my other career experiences; I have full understanding about the position and what needs to be done. I always manage to decide for the better and can switch well between orders and personal judgment.
