I have a long background and experience with technical support, basic trouble shooting for cable and internet and well trained as a technical representative in a tier II department of a cellphone company with intense training. i have served as a sales representative selling credit card, cable service and internet services as well as telephone services. I was able to served as a costumer service in a billing department for 2 years. i am currently working as a telemarketer sales closer, acting as supervisor over the phone in closing sales and doing sales coaching with agents.
