For 6 years in service, I've done several multi-tasking jobs in a prestigious BPO company namely Sykes Asia Cebu. I started as a Technical Support Representative for almost 2 years with highly-aimed performance. On that same year I was promoted as a Quality Assurance Coordinator (QAC) where I handle people and work with them as a team. Helping and giving them assurance in hitting their goal to perform as its best. I do trainings pertaining to quality control with my assigned team, do written and verbal quality reports, weekly meetings and on-going trainings for self-improvement and future references and likewise doing evaluations and daily monitoring to newly-hired employees before divulging them to actual and live call performances. Although I am far from being an expert to it right now but I am open to new and wide ideas in having my mind and skills refreshed to my expertise.
I am an open-minded person willing to be trained and will work with self-direction and motivation so can help you build the company you wanted to may it be person-oriented or goal-oriented.
