Profile Description

As one of the ESD (Tier 2 / Onsite Support), we are more on RCA. We need to analyze the problem / issue first before we can escalate or assign it to the proper resolver group. Our Team needs to validate case information and identify which team will handle the case based on the geographic location of the end user’s site. Our Team is more on Admin Task and coordinating in different groups like local IT, Onsite Team, Vendor (Dell), local IM, Service Owner and Regional Pool Owner.
ESD Team is also more on Remote Installation using LANDesk, lotus notes configuration / initial setup, hard drive encryption, password recovery, manage user profiles, passwords (AD / Lotus Notes ) and other IT related administration (ERAS). We also assisting SCO, Dispatcher, Local IM, Onsite, Campus Engr. with their issue’s and request
