I am a graduate of BSN and BSEd respectively and I worked as a Customer Service Associate in Sykes Asia Inc for a financial account in
two years where our clients were located in the US. As a credit card specialist, my task were to attend to various customer's concerns like their credit balance, available credit, credit limit, resetting their passwords for their online accounts, balance refund and processing payment or misapplied payment. after two years, I was hired in a government agency where in we process the registration of births, marriages and deaths. Though I worked two different jobs, my main goal was to provide customer satisfaction and provide utmost service to the client and public as well.
Now I am looking forward to have a long term and stable
