Profile Description

As the Executive Secretary of the Local Governament Unit and other offices before, I have over 10 years of data entry and web research experience. clerical job as well as transcription. I know MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Photoshop. I believe that with my skills, I can get any project that involves word processing and encoding done. I am a hard-working person with excellent work ethics. What I need is a job where I can apply my skills and where I can learn new ones.
On the other hand, I have experienced working in a Call Center as Customer Service Representative for 6 months from various Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). I was able to develop skills like Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking, etc.
I want a long term stable job that would help you improve your business.
I have a good-learning attitude and open to all good possibilities and new learnings for the good of the company. And above all, I am a God-fearing who value integrity which I believe made me the person that you can rely on with the tasks and responsibilities that you will be providing me.
